About Longevity Signal
What we do
Longevity Signal is an evidence-focused publication for readers interested in healthspan, aging research, prevention, and responsible self-optimization. We cover research, nutrition, fitness, biotech, biohacking, and mindset — filtered to what actually matters.
We don't cover every wellness claim. We focus on credible developments that can change how people understand aging and long-term health.
How it works
Our pipeline:
- We monitor trusted sources — peer-reviewed journals, research institutions, clinical organizations, and established longevity publications.
- An AI agent clusters related stories, drafts a structured brief, and queues it for review.
- A human editor reviews every brief before it publishes — approving, editing, or rejecting.
- Published articles always link back to their original sources.
Sources
We prioritize peer-reviewed research, universities, clinical trial records, public health agencies, and official company announcements. Established longevity publications may surface stories but are not treated as primary evidence. Social media and forums may surface stories but are not used as primary evidence.
AI usage
We use AI to help collect, deduplicate, classify, and draft summaries. We do not use AI to invent facts, report rumors, or publish without human review. If a brief is uncertain, we say so.
Health information
